My family are steeped in equestrian pursuits and have always had horses around, so it was hardly surprising that I became involved in sport horse breeding. My father taught me the importance of conformation when buying an animal or selecting a mare for breeding. “They must be straight” he would say. Through him, I have come to appreciate the importance of movement and of video-capturing the grace and balance of an International show jumper or a Grand Prix dressage rider performing two-time flying changes.
